- Who do you reach?
- Business owners who hire a firm: contractors, dental practice owners, real estate investors, restaurant operators, and nonprofit leaders. We also reach the attorneys, advisors, and bankers around them. We choose the first niche with you, based on work your team can deliver.
- Who sends the messages?
- We agree a permitted, manual sending workflow before starting. Messages come from your real profile. We do not use bots to send messages or add connections. You approve the wording, and activity pauses if your account shows a warning.
- Do I approve the messages?
- Yes. You approve the list, the wording, and every claim before anything goes out under your name. We use public business details to make each introduction relevant. No tax savings promises and no claims you cannot support.
- Who answers the replies?
- You do, in your own words. We flag replies the same day with a note about the business and what the owner asked. Client documents and financial details belong in your secure client channel.
- I am not very active on LinkedIn. Does that matter?
- You do not need a large following. Setup includes a profile review so an owner can see who you help, what you do, and where you work. Your credentials and services must be accurate.
- Can it run on another partner’s profile?
- Yes, if they are a real person at your firm and are responsible for the conversations. We agree who approves messages and who handles replies before starting. The profile should describe their actual role.
- Does this replace referrals?
- No. Existing clients and professional contacts still matter. Outreach adds introductions to owners in a niche your firm knows. You earn the engagement through the meeting and the work that follows.
- Do you work in my state?
- We choose the niche and geography together. Before outreach begins, your firm confirms that its credentials and approved claims fit the services and locations it wants to promote.
- How do approvals work?
- Your firm reviews the list, profile wording, and messages before launch. We keep a record of approvals and stop requests. The monthly fee pays for work, and is never a share of refunds, tax savings, or engagements.
- Do you guarantee clients?
- No. We do not promise clients, meetings, or revenue. Results depend on your niche, your capacity, the relevance of your offer, and how you follow up. The fee stays the same whatever happens.
- Do you have accounting results yet?
- We have no accounting client results published. Illustrations are examples, not client conversations or evidence of results.
- What does it cost?
- $999 a month plus $3,999 setup. Month to month, with 30 days’ notice to stop. Setup covers your profile, first list, approved messages, and reply tracking. Ads are quoted separately, with spend on your own card.
- Who should book the call?
- Owners of accounting, CPA, and bookkeeping firms with a clear niche and room for new work. Usually that means around $500,000 or more in annual fees. If tax season fills your calendar, we can discuss a later start.
