Built around work you can take on

For owner-led independent agencies with the licenses and appointments to write a commercial niche, and a producer who answers the same day. Your licensed producer handles coverage questions, quotes, binding and certificates.

Who we reach

Contractors

Owner · President · Principal · Qualifier · Estimator at a small GC

A trade contractor needs general liability, workers comp, and a certificate before the general contractor lets them on site. A new license or permit is a public reason to ask who handles that today.

Trucking

Owner · President · Fleet Owner · Director of Safety · Fleet Manager

A new motor carrier authority can't haul for hire without liability filings. The person who holds the authority usually makes the call, and the public record names the business.

Restaurants

Owner · Founder · General Manager · Operating Partner · Office Manager

A new restaurant or bar needs a business owner's policy, liquor liability, and workers comp before it opens. The owner is still the buyer, and a new liquor license or health permit says when.

Property managers

Owner · Managing Member · Property Manager · Portfolio Manager · Asset Manager

Small commercial and habitational portfolios need property and liability, and they ask tenants for certificates every month. A recorded purchase or refinance is a change moment.

Manufacturers

Owner · President · CEO · Controller · Plant Manager · Operations Manager

Light manufacturers carry property, products liability, workers comp, and often a fleet. Hiring and new equipment change the exposure, and the owner or controller feels the renewal.

Professional firms

Founder · CEO · CFO · Managing Partner · COO

Firms that sell advice or software buy professional liability and cyber. A new firm or a growing one is a reason to ask who reviews that coverage, and the founder or CFO decides.

CPAs & bookkeepers

CPA · Partner · Firm Owner · Bookkeeper · Client Advisory Lead

They see a client hire the first employees, buy a truck, or form a new entity before any agent does. The Growth track asks who they send those clients to today. No fee is offered.

Commercial lenders

Commercial Banker · Relationship Manager · SBA Lender · VP Commercial Lending

Loan covenants require insurance and a certificate before closing. A lender who knows one agency that answers the same day saves a borrower a week. No fee is offered.

Common questions

Who do you reach?
Owners and decision makers at commercial accounts in one niche and one metro: contractors, motor carriers, restaurants, property owners and managers, light manufacturers, and professional firms. Growth can add a referral-partner track, usually CPAs and commercial lenders. We start from public records such as a new contractor license or motor carrier authority. We never message consumers.
Do I need licenses and carrier appointments?
Yes. We confirm your licensed states, lines, and appointments before building a campaign. If you can't quote the niche we'd pick, we say so on the call and don't take a setup fee.
Who sends the messages, and is my LinkedIn account safe?
We send them from your account through an outreach platform you connect once. After a two-week warm-up we plan for 15 to 25 new conversations a day, and use a lower pace if your account or your market calls for it. No one can promise LinkedIn will never flag an account, so we keep volume conservative and pause if anything looks off.
Do I approve the messages?
Yes. Before launch you see the list and every message version. Nothing goes out until you sign off. Each first message names the public record and asks who handles the coverage and when it renews. It never quotes a price or names a carrier.
Do you quote or bind coverage?
No. Your licensed producer handles coverage questions, applications, quotes, binding, and certificates. We handle the list, the approved first conversations, reply alerts, and dated follow-up tasks.
Does the CRM replace my agency management system?
No. It holds prospects, referral partners, replies, renewal months, and next steps. Policies, commissions, and certificates stay in your agency management system. If you already have a prospecting CRM, we agree the handoff before setup.
Can a captive agent use this?
Only after going independent, or with written carrier permission and a contract review. We don't use a captive book, export carrier records, or contact restricted clients.
Do you buy leads or run consumer ads?
No. The service doesn't include shared leads, consumer ads, cold texting, autodialing, or Medicare Advantage and Part D marketing.
How do referral partners fit?
Growth adds a second track for partners such as CPAs, commercial lenders, or commercial real estate brokers. We ask who they send clients to today. We don't offer a commission split or a payment per bound policy.
Do you guarantee appointments or policies?
No, and nobody honestly can. We don't guarantee appointments, policies, premium, revenue, or a close rate. The written agreement sets out the list work, approved sequence, reply alerts, monthly review, and how service issues are handled.
Do you have insurance results yet?
We have no insurance client results published. Illustrations are examples, not client conversations or evidence of results.
What does it cost?
Core is $799 a month plus a $3,999 setup, for one niche in one metro. Growth is $1,499 a month plus a $4,999 setup, and adds a second track and a written monthly scorecard. Month to month. No long-term contract. If you stop, your connections and conversations stay on your profile. The 30-minute call is free.
Who shouldn't book a call?
A brand-new licensee without appointments. A Medicare-only shop. A personal-lines agency whose only plan is shared auto leads. A national broker with its own marketing department. And anyone who wants us to quote, bind, or just buy leads.
