Illustration of the work. People and companies are made up.

Nobody hires a company they've never heard of.

You already know how to do the work. Your customers stay, your team delivers, and the jobs you win, you keep.

What runs short is introductions. Referrals come when they come, ads bring tire kickers, and cold email lands in spam. The people who decide who gets hired are on LinkedIn. We reach them there, from your profile, so your name is familiar before you ever ask for anything.

Who buys from you?

Pick the closest one. That's who we reach.

Titles we target

Facility Manager · Director of Facilities · Property Manager · Chief Engineer

Why they matter

They run the buildings and the list of outside companies that keep them working. When one of those companies slips, they're looking for the next one that week.

Who sells to them

If your buyer has a job title, we can find them. Filtered by your area, company size, and the title that makes the call

Built around the way you work

Same outreach, whoever runs your sales.

Keep selling. Skip the prospecting.

You're the best salesperson in the business, and the busiest. We find the buyers, write every message, and run it from your profile. You show up for the conversations.

Check if it fits
  • Runs on your own LinkedIn profile
  • About 15 minutes a day answering replies
  • A check-in every two weeks on who replied and who's next

Is LinkedIn right for you?

It works for a lot of businesses, not all of them. Eleven quick questions about your market, the money, your sales process, and your capacity. About two minutes, before you spend a minute on a call.

Before the first message

Everyone on the list sees your name a few times before you ever write to them. We start with about 20 new people a day and work up to 40 as your account gets used to the volume. The full breakdown is on how it works.

  1. Day 1

    Profile view

We visit their profile from yours. Your name and company show up in their notifications.

  2. Day 2

    Post like

If they've posted recently, we like it. Now they've seen your name twice.

  3. Day 3

    Second view

One more visit, so your face is familiar when the request comes in.

  4. Days 3 to 5

    Request & message

The connection request goes out. When they accept, they get a first message written from their profile.

  5. Days later

    Second message

No reply yet? We read their profile again and write from something new. We stop the moment they reply.

Two messages, both from their profile

Pick an industry and see both messages for it. The buyer changes. The way we write doesn't.

Example · Owner, family-owned HVAC distributor, Charlotte

Message 1 · when they accept

thanks for connecting. you took over the business from your father in 2015 and have opened two new branches since, which is not easy to do with a family company. i invest in family-owned distribution businesses here in the southeast. have you thought much about what the next ten years look like for the business?

Message 2 · a few days later, no reply yet

saw your post about bringing on your first operations manager. that's usually the moment an owner starts working on the business instead of in it. open to a 15 minute call sometime? no agenda, i just like comparing notes with owners in the industry.

Fictional examples of the format. Real messages use each person's own profile and follow versions you approve.

  1. Message 1: three parts

    • A real fact from their profile. Their career, their company, what they deal with. Proof you read it.

    • One line on who you are. Your business and your city. No pitch, no price, no link.

    • One easy question. Something they can answer in a sentence.

  2. Message 2: we read the profile again

No “just following up.” We go back to their profile for something new, like a post, a promotion, or a new location, and write from that. It's obvious a person read it, so it gets read too. Then a light ask for a short call.

  3. We keep re-engaging, each time from their profile, until they reply. The moment they do, we stop and the conversation is yours.

Our job

Start the conversation.

  • Build the list by industry, company size, and title, inside the area you serve.
  • Write the first message and follow-up for each buyer type, from each person's profile.
  • Run the sequence on your profile, every day, within LinkedIn's limits.
  • Flag every reply to you, and meet every two weeks to go over who replied and who to reach next.

Your job

Close the deal.

  • Have a LinkedIn profile that clearly says who you are and what your business does.
  • Answer replies the same day, in your own words. A voice note works best.
  • Move the conversation to a call or a meeting, and make the ask there.
  • Show up to the check-in every two weeks.

How it runs day to day

  • Who sends the messages?

We do, from your LinkedIn account, through an outreach platform you connect once. Volume starts low and stays inside LinkedIn's limits.

  • Who approves them?

You. Before launch you see the list and the messages for each buyer type. Nothing goes out until you sign off.

  • Who answers replies?

You do, in your own words. We flag every reply the same day with a note on who the person is.

  • What if I stop?

Disconnect the platform and it's done. Every connection and conversation stays on your profile.

Honest timing: months, not days

Buyers change who they work with when the current one slips or a contract comes up. You can't pick that moment. Outreach makes sure that when it comes, the person deciding already knows your name.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

Setup. We tune your profile, build the list of buyers in your area, and write the messages for each buyer type. You approve them.

  2. Month 1

Outreach starts slow and builds from about 20 to 40 new people a day. First connections and replies come in.

  3. Months 2 to 3

Conversations. You're taking calls, answering questions, and setting up meetings and quotes.

  4. Month 3 on

First deals, depending on your sales cycle. Every reply adds a real buyer to a list nobody else has.

Branko Miljesic

We tried every channel. LinkedIn had the highest return.

Branko Miljesic started in commercial real estate, built his own single-family acquisitions business and portfolio, then built call centers and virtual staffing teams for roofing, solar, real estate, insurance, and more. After cold calling, cold email, direct mail, and ads, LinkedIn came out as the highest-return channel for B2B outreach. That's what we do now. More about us

Be the name your buyers already know.

The audit is 30 minutes. We look at who buys from you, count how many of them are on LinkedIn in your area, pick the first people to reach, and tell you straight whether this fits.
