Real estate

More deals, more partners, more off-market properties

Real estate runs on relationships, and LinkedIn has most of the people behind the deals. Depending on how you work, we network you with loan officers, open doors to off-market and distressed properties through the professionals who see them first, and connect you with investors and buyers, all from your own profile.

Who we reach

Real estate has a lot of sides. These are the people we reach, depending on what you need more of.

  1. Loan officers & lenders

Loan Officer · Mortgage Broker · Branch Manager · Private Lender

Agents and loan officers trade referrals both ways. A few good lender relationships keep buyers and deals coming.

  2. Off-market & distressed sources

Probate Attorney · Estate Attorney · Bankruptcy Attorney · Divorce Attorney · CPA

Distressed and off-market properties usually surface through an attorney or advisor first. They need a buyer or agent they trust to call.

  3. Property managers & owners

Property Manager · Portfolio Owner · Landlord · Asset Manager

Tired landlords and owners of portfolios sell quietly, often to someone they already know.

  4. Wholesalers & investors

Real Estate Investor · Wholesaler · Acquisitions Manager · Fix and Flip Investor

Investors need deal flow and wholesalers need buyers. Both work with the people who bring them deals first.

  5. Commercial buyers & tenants

COO · Director of Operations · Head of Real Estate · Family Office Principal

On the commercial side, companies that need space and investors with capital to place start looking months before anyone lists.

What the messages look like

The first message when they accept. If they don't reply, a second one written from something new on their profile. We stop the moment they reply.

Example · Loan officer, regional bank, Tampa

Message 1 · when they accept

thanks for connecting. you spent five years in underwriting before moving into originations at the same bank, so you see every file from both sides. i'm an investor and agent here in tampa, mostly small multifamily. do you work with many investors, or mostly owner-occupied buyers?

Message 2 · a few days later, no reply yet

noticed you just hit ten years at the bank, congrats. i send a lot of investor clients to lenders who actually understand rental loans. worth grabbing a coffee to see if we can send each other business?

Fictional example of the format.

Common questions

Can this find off-market properties?
Indirectly, and that's usually how the good ones come. We build relationships with the attorneys, advisors, and property managers who hear about distressed and off-market properties before they're listed.
Is this for residential agents?
For networking, yes: loan officers, attorneys, investors, and other professionals are all on LinkedIn. It isn't for reaching homebuyers directly, because they aren't on LinkedIn in a buying role.
