How the conversations get started
We run LinkedIn outreach from your own profile to the people who buy what you sell, in the area you serve. When someone replies, the conversation is yours.
Below: who we reach, how the list gets built, what goes out and when, and what we need from you.
Who we reach
Six kinds of buyers cover almost every business. Each gets its own list, its own titles, and its own message. A controller never sees the message written for an operations manager.
Facility & property managers
Facility Manager · Director of Facilities · Property Manager · Chief Engineer
They run the buildings and the list of outside companies that keep them working. When one of those companies slips, they're looking for the next one that week.
Owners of small & mid-size companies
Owner · Founder · President · CEO · Managing Partner
Under a hundred people, the owner still picks the accountant, the IT company, the insurance broker, and most other outside help, usually from someone they've heard of.
Operations & plant leaders
Director of Operations · Plant Manager · Warehouse Manager · Distribution Center Manager
They own the floor: people, equipment, uptime. They bring in outside help when their own team can't cover it, and they remember who showed up.
HR & people leaders
HR Director · VP of People · Benefits Manager · Talent Acquisition Manager
They choose the benefits broker, the recruiters, the training, and the payroll provider, and they live with the employee questions all year.
Finance leaders
CFO · Controller · VP of Finance · Director of Finance
They see every invoice and every renewal, and they're the first to ask whether there's a better option when a price goes up.
Referral partners
Discharge Planner · Case Manager · Attorney · Financial Advisor · Banker
People who already serve your customers and can send them to you. In some industries, like home care, these are the real buyers.
How the list gets built
Four filters, in this order. Nobody gets a message until they've passed all four.
Your area
We start from the cities, counties, or states you actually serve. Every company on the list sits inside that map.
Your best customer
Industry, company size, and the kind of work you want more of. We build the list for what you sell and have capacity for, not everyone who might buy someday.
Company and title
For each kind of company, the titles that buy or start the search. Each buyer type gets its own list and its own message.
List review
Before a campaign launches we go through every name. Still in that role? Inside your area? A real buyer, not a competitor, a recruiter, or a vendor? Anyone who doesn't fit comes off.
We only reach professionals, in their work role. No consumers, no bought lists, no scraped email addresses. Want to see it for your industry? Pick yours.
They know your name before your first message
By the time the first message arrives, they've seen your name more than once. The message is written for their role and their company, and it asks a question instead of pitching.
- Day 1
Profile view
We visit their profile from yours. Your name and company show up in their notifications.
- Day 2
Post like
If they've posted recently, we like it. Now they've seen your name twice.
- Day 3
Second view
One more visit, so your face is familiar when the request comes in.
- Days 3 to 5
Request & message
The connection request goes out. When they accept, they get a first message written from their profile.
- Days later
Second message
No reply yet? We read their profile again and write from something new. We stop the moment they reply.
What a thread looks like
The first message after they accept, then the kind of reply it gets. Four industries, one format.

We have a list, but half of them can't staff a weekend start. What's your minimum number of hours per visit?
Examples only. The people, companies, profile details, and replies are made up to show what a thread looks like across different industries. Real messages are written from each person's own profile, following versions you approve, and go out from your own LinkedIn.
Volume
A new account can't go full speed on day one. We start with about 20 new people a day and work up to 40 as your account gets used to the activity, staying inside LinkedIn's limits. Each person gets the full set of steps above, so a month adds up to roughly 900 actions: views, likes, requests, messages, and follow-ups.
Most replies come after the first message, and some after the follow-up. That's why everyone gets both.

Our job
Start the conversation.
- Map the companies and people who buy what you sell, in your area.
- Tune your profile so buyers see a business owner they can call.
- Write the first message and follow-up for each buyer type, from each person's profile.
- Run the sequence on your profile every day, within LinkedIn's limits.
- Flag every reply to you.
- Meet with you every two weeks to go over who replied and who to reach next.
Your job
Close the deal.
- Keep a LinkedIn profile that clearly says who you are and what your business does.
- Answer replies the same day, in your own words. A voice note works best.
- Move the conversation to a call or a meeting.
- Make it easy to say yes: a clear offer, a fast quote, and a start date you keep.
- Show up to the check-in every two weeks.
“Our job is to start the conversation. Your job is to continue it.”
