The rules for using this website and for booking or buying the LinkedIn outreach from Scale My Business.
Effective October 3, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. The pages describe done-for-you LinkedIn outreach for business owners. You may read them for your own business. You may not copy the site, scrape it for a competing service, or interfere with how it is hosted.
The 30-minute outreach audit is free and creates no obligation to buy. Booking a time means you agree to provide accurate contact details and to show up, or to cancel if you cannot attend. What we show you on that call is for your company, not for resale.
If you hire us, the scope, price, and term are confirmed before work starts. Published pricing on this site describes the current offer. The written agreement for your account controls if it differs from these pages.
We provide consistent, personalized outreach to potential buyers in the area you serve. We do not guarantee customers, revenue, or any specific number of conversations. Fees are flat and never tied to results. Whether a conversation becomes a customer depends on your offer, your capacity, and your follow-up.
The copy, data summaries, and design on this site belong to Scale My Business. You may not republish them as your own marketing or training material.
The site is provided as a description of the service. We are not liable for decisions you make from publicly posted figures alone. Liability for paid work is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which a claim arises, except where the law does not allow that limit.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version. Questions: call us or use the contact page.
